REGISTRATION

How do I register for a course?


Closing date for registration is 1 calendar week prior to course start date or as determined by us. Self-Sponsored Registration

  • All registrations may be submitted online here. Alternatively, you may call 6655 0786 to register.
  • All registrations are subject to confirmation. You will be prompted for payment once your registration is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course and will not accept responsibility for any cost incurred by a participant as a result of the cancellation or postponement. A full refund request is permissible should the course has been postponed more than three times by us and there is no schedule planned for the course in the next three (3) months.
Company-Sponsored Registration
  • A company representative will be required to register on the employee’s behalf here.




What is AOP?


Assessment-Only-Pathway (AOP) involves a recognition of your skills, knowledge and experience and allow you to attain the WSQ Statement of Attainment directly through assessment without undergoing training. It reduces the time taken off from work and obliterate the needs for you to relearn what you have mastered. This includes skills, knowledge or experience gained through part-time, full-time or casual work, and/or similar training.




How do I prove what skills and knowledge I have for AOP?


In order to prove that the skills and knowledge that you have gained through your experience are sufficient to qualify you for AOP, you need to show evidence of them upon registration. You are to submit any evidence (as stated) when you register for AOP. The submitted evidence must be current (dated within 1 calendar year).

  • A letter of verification from your employer on your work experience; documented job designated and length of service.
  • A resume of employment history; documented with duties and responsibilities and contact details of three references.
  • A portfolio of job description, performance appraisal from your employer, and work examples that may include reports, articles, etc.
  • A certificate of similar course completed.
You will be contacted if more evidence is required.




What if I do not meet the entry requirement?


If you do not meet the entry requirement, you are required to submit a letter of validation on work experience from your employer and/or documented evidences of your competency. You may also be required to attend an interview with us to ascertain your suitability for the course. How do I make payment?


Self-Sponsored Registration

  • You will be prompted to make payment via email once your registration is confirmed. We accept SkillsFuture Credit, PayNow, bank transfer, and cash.
    • If you intend to use your SkillsFuture Credit to offset the fees, please submit your request separately on SkillsFuture ( www.myskillsfuture.sg ).
    • Indicate your invoice number(s) in the transaction description when you PayNow (PayNow ID: 201434206M) or bank transfer (OCBC no.: 713-412-187-001).
    • You may also pay in person by cash at our different locations.
Company-Sponsored Registration
  • We will email an invoice to the company representative within 5 working days after the course. The payment is to be made within 1 calendar month through either of these methods:
  • PayNow (PayNow ID: 201434206M) or bank transfer (OCBC no.: 713-412-187-001). Indicate your invoice number(s) in the transaction description.
  • Cheque payable to “Work Work Private Limited”. The cheque may be mailed to our corporate office at Block 306A Woodlands Street 31#04-03, Singapore 731306.
  • Write the company name and invoice number on the back of the cheque.




I am sponsored by my employer. Can I submit a reschedule, withdrawal or appeal request?


No, please note that all requests are to be submitted by the company representative on the employee’s behalf.




Is there an attendance requirement?


Full attendance for all courses is strongly encouraged. Absence, as a result of unforeseen circumstances, has to be substantiated by medical certificate or valid documentary proof. Learners unable to meet the minimum requirement of 75% per course are required to reschedule the course.




In the event of unforeseen circumstances, How do I reschedule my course?


You may submit your request to reschedule your course here. A maximum of 3 reschedule requests is allowed per course. You will be charged a non-refundable administration fee of S$50.00 (exclusive of GST) for every reschedule request from the forth one onward.




How do I withdraw from my course?


Withdrawal is defined as discontinuing of a course prior to completion of it. You may submit your request to withdraw from your course here. If a withdrawal notice is given less than 2 calendar weeks before the course start date, the fee paid will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed via cheque within 1 calendar month.




How do I request for special assistance?


Reasonable adjustments will be made to the delivery to accommodate participants’ sensory impairments, mobility difficulties and religious preferences upon request. This includes participants for whom English is not their mother tongue. As each person’s circumstance is different, discuss your personal situation with us at registration@workwork.sg / 6655 0783 before registration.





ASSESSMENT

Can I retake the assessment if I am certified 'not yet competent'?


If you disagree with the outcome, you must discuss the matter with your assessor and the assessor will inform us about it. After which, you must submit your appeal request here within 3 working days after the assessment. A maximum of 1 reassessment is allowed. The reassessment fee is S$100.00 (exclusive of GST).




What is an oral inquiry?


An oral inquiry is a second attempt on the assessment and may be allowed if you have come close to being certified competent.




Am I still eligible for funding If I retake the course?


The full fee applies as subsidy / grant is only applicable for the first enrolment.





ADMINSTRATION

When and how will I receive my Statement of Attainment (SOA)?


You will receive the SOA (e-certificate) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) within 1 calendar month from the date of the assessment. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may download their e-certificates from MySkillsFuture with their SingPass. Those without SingPass, including foreigners, may contact us to download their e-certificates.




When and how will I receive my Letter of Attainment?


The Letter of Attainment is a proof of successful completion of a course prior to receiving a SOA from SSG. Self-sponsored individuals who require a Letter of Attainment, may contact us for it. We will email a Letter of Attainment to the company representative within 5 working days after the employees are certified competent.
