You will learn to

• Apply procedural knowledge of robotic systems and automated technologies to operate the appropriate equipment to transport and/or sort waste part of their job role and to ensure that safety measure are adhered to during operation.
• Handle waste sorting and materials recovery operations, monitoring the operations and to ensure that safety measures are adhered to.

• Operate automated technologies and robotics systems according to organisational procedures.
• Follow safety procedures when operating automated technologies and robotic systems.
• Recommend changes to improve processes in accordance to organisational procedures.
• Identify and report any issues with the automated technologies and robotic systems.
