Our Story
Humble Beginnings
WW's humble beginnings extend far beyond our founding date. The inspiration behind our business is a story of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Co-founder Jamie Ng's mother who was trying to work as a General Cleaner struggled to meet the mandatory training requirements stipulated by National Environmental Agency (NEA) and Tripartite Cluster for Cleaners (TCC). Concerned for her mother's predicament, Jamie searched for alternatives but realised the majority of training materials were dense, difficult to understand, and downright unhelpful for non-English speakers and those without a formal education. On her mother's 55th birthday, Jamie founded WW to provide General Cleaners like her mother with unique curricula balancing illustrations, keywords and practicum.
Shaping the Path
Since its founding, WW's focus began with all temporary and permanent placement services, but we're still being driven by the same foundational motivation. We're focused on providing aspiring workers with the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to find a rewarding job. Our team is comprised of highly skilled, qualified, and competent professionals dedicated to providing superior offerings in WSQ programmes.

About us
WORK WORK PRIVATE LIMITED (WW) began as a provider of staffing solutions. From 2014 to 2019, we helped countless professionals find temporary and permanent placements as well as businesses find eager workers. After five years of success, we decided to strategically shift our suite of services to Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) programmes in Environmental Services in Singapore. Since 2019, we have functioned as a Training Partner accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), emphasizing visual and kinesthetic learning for a holistic training experience. We're always looking for ways to improve our offerings to ensure we’re providing aspiring workers and employers the information they need to succeed.
