The WSQ Certificate in Environmental Services (Cleaning Operations) consists of five WSQ Environmental Services Level 1 modules. It empowers General Cleaners and Restroom Cleaners to perform their role competently.

Upon successful completion of five modules and its assessments, you will receive a Certificate in Environmental Services (Cleaning Operations) from SkillsFuture Singapore.

Entry Requirements

• 21 years and above.

• Speak, listen and read English at Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3, and manipulate numbers at Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 3.

• Never attended school.

• Minimum of three months of work experience in the environmental services industry (compulsory for AOP) or with the interest to be employed in the industry.
