About the Course
At the end of the course, you will be able to allocate cleaning chemicals required for cleaning biohazard decontamination processes.
What You'll Learn
Assess the use of cleaning chemicals.
Allocate the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to handle different types of cleaning chemicals.
Determine the quantity and types of the cleaning chemicals to be loaded into the container.
Communicate work assignment to workers to ensure the smooth operation.
Allocate resources to replenish the cleaning chemicals required in each container.
Inform appropriate person when work cannot be carried out and/or incidents occur.
Monitor the workers in accordance with organisational procedures.
Assessment / Certificate:
You will receive a Statement of Attainment from SSG upon attainment of a minimum of 75% training attendance and pass the associated assessments.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Speak, listen and read English at Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5, and manipulate numbers at Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5.
GCE āOā Level, GCE āNā Level or ITE Certificate.
Minimum of three months of work experience in the cleaning operations sector as a General Cleaner, Indoor Cleaner, Outdoor Cleaner, Healthcare Cleaner, Restroom Cleaner, Table-Top Cleaner, Dishwasher, Refuse Collector, Multi-Skilled Cleaner cum Machine Operator, Cleaning Supervisor, or with the interest to be employed in the industry.
